Award-winning pizza maker Giorgio Giove of Brother’s Pizza in New York talks about growing up in the industry, his throw-down with Bobby Flay, and how his love of the craft is now leading him toward opening his own pizzeria.

Hungry Howie’s President, Steve Jackson, discusses his recent nomination for Entrepreneur of the Year from Ernst and Young in the Central Great Lakes region. Hungry Howie’s, the ninth largest pizza chain in the country, has 565 units and is known for its signature flavored pizza crust.

Jackson is now eligible for consideration for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year national program which takes place in November with emcee Jay Leno and red carpet interviewer Joan Rivers.

The program celebrates 21 years of giving awards to outstanding entrepreneurs.
